| Home Cinema Design, Inc. assures the client of complete
unconditional satisfaction with all products and workmanship that it provides.
Equipment delivered and/or installed will be replaced or exchanged for a different unit of same value for a period of thirty days after purchase if defective, or if client deems performance is unacceptable. All labor and workmanship associated with the above replacement
policy will be provided at no extra charge to the client.
Home Cinema Design, Inc. guarantees its installation methods and materials (cables and connections) for the life of the home regardless of ownership. If there is a problem or malfunction with equipment as a result of improper installation by Home Cinema Design, the problem and/or equipment will be repaired at no charge to the client for the life of the home. This guarantee does not cover any electronic components that fail due to inherent flaws in manufacture. Home Cinema Design, Inc. will match any local competitor's price on any identical item that is locally in stock. Home Cinema Design, Inc. will match any local installation "bid" provided that the exact same equipment and materials are listed. Home Cinema Design, Inc. considers service a top priority and therefore responds to service calls within hours, not days. Service appointments will be made as soon as the client's schedule allows. Normal business hours are from 8AM to 8PM Monday through Saturday. After-hours calls will be answered by voice mail and responded to ASAP. Home Cinema Design, Inc. honors all equipment manufacturer's
warranties.
Home Cinema Design, Inc. will charge the client a one-time fee of $80 per incident for out-of-warranty service R&R. |
