Instant atmosphere! By setting up "modes," any number of electrical functions can be activated simultaneously by pushing one button. An "entertain mode" button, for example, could turn on pool lights, fountains, set the thermostats to the "occupied" setting, open the front gates, deactivate the sprinkler system and turn on music from your favorite group of CD's. A "vacation mode" button could arm the security system, duplicate the prior two week's light activities, and turn off hot water heaters. You can even call up your house from any phone in the world to check the status of the security system -- or to put the house into "entertain mode" for last - minute parties. |
